Carlos Gross is a passionate hotelier, art collector and owner. In his early days he travelled around the globe working in the hotel trade.
After his marriage and the birth of the two sons the young family moved to Italy where they lived for over 25 years. At one point the wish emerged to buy a hotel in the Swiss Alps and to make his very personal art collection open to the public.

Nadia Rybarova is the right hand of Carlos Gross. She is Slovakian, completed hotel-school, has a long professional career behind her and made work experiences in Switzerland and south Tirol in Italy. Today she is the good soul and the managing director of the Pensiun Aldier.
